The Flashpoint Modular Mini Ballhead with Umbrella Bracket is a sturdy totally modular ballhead that mounts virtually any lightweight accessory on any stand, tripod, clamp or rig, and position it at any angle or direction.
The versatile mini ballhead can slip comfortably on a hot shoe of a DSLR, camcorder or rail accessory to expand the addition of external aids like mics, LED lights and monitors. Use the head on a lightstand or tripod with either popular thread posts. It is so well balanced that a flash head or speedlight plus an umbrella can be positioned while maintaining all of its flexibility. The many faceted ballhead has a removable metal cold shoe foot with a 1/4″-20 tap that opens to reveal a standard 3/8″ tap for tripod mounting; an 3/8″ umbrella shaft mount hole with lock; a cold shoe disk atop a 1/4″-20 threaded male post with friction ring above, as well as a firmly locking ballhead. By combining and interchanging all the modular parts, the options are impressive, making this accessory a must.
